Taylor garland packing, also known as Taylor flower, is a large flat sphere composed of 12 small rings arranged in radial direction, which is similar to a round sphere formed by the head and tail of a spiral spring. The main feature of this packing is that it has a large void ratio, is not easy to be blocked, and has the advantages of large flux and small resistance. Because the gap of this packing can have a high liquid holdup, the liquid in the tower can stay for a long time, thus increasing the contact time of gas and liquid, and improving the quality efficiency.
