Product Description
HUISEN Elastic Filler is made with special manufacturing processs,
which inserts and fixes the PP wires on the corrosion-resistant and
high-strength central rope, making the PP wires in a
three-dimensional and uniform radiation state. It also uses high
quality material, which is resistant to corrosion & high
temperature and aging, the additives, such as hydrophilic,
adsorption, heat-resistant and oxygen resistant are also mixed.
Because of the excellent material selection and technological
formula, the elastic fillers' rigidity and softness are moderate.
The elastic filler can be spread uniformly in all directions in the
effective area, so that the gas, water, and biofilm can be fully
infiltrated and exchanged. The biofilm can not only be evenly
implanted on each thread, but also maintain good activity and
voids. Variability, and it can get more and more specific surface
area during operation, and can carry out good metabolism, this
feature and phenomenon is unmatched by other domestic fillers.
Compared with rigid honeycomb fillers, the filler has greater pore
variability and does not clog; compared with soft fillers, it has a
