Product Description
1. Aerator diaphragm: EPDM rubber (100% imported from Bayer company
of Germany, Shanghai Sanpu sales company) shall be used. The
surface of rubber diaphragm shall be smooth, flat, free of
impurities, bubbles and cracks. The raw materials are mainly
imported high-quality synthetic rubber with special ingredients,
which are made by injection molding machine through scientific
formula. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high
strength and temperature resistance, and its service life can be
more than 5-6 years. The materials meet the national urban
construction industry standard CJ / t3015.4-1996.
2. The aerator base, screw gland, guide rib, air distribution pipe,
connecting flange, elbow, blowdown device, fixed main pipe
regulating bracket, etc. are all made of ABS engineering plastic;
cast plastic molding has the characteristics of high strength, high
pressure bearing, good impact resistance, use temperature of - 30 ~
+ 100 ℃, UV radiation resistance, acid, alkali and chemical
corrosion resistance.

Installation
The aeration device is composed of rubber membrane microporous
aerator, gas distribution pipeline, regulator, connector, clearing
device, etc. The gas distribution pipeline is arranged in a
circular way. The rubber membrane microporous aerator is connected
with G3 / 4 thread according to the gas supply volume and pool
shape. The rubber membrane microporous aerator at the base (fixed
on the gas distribution pipeline) is external thread. When
installing, fix the regulator at the bottom of the pool according
to the required size expansion accumulation bolt, and then fix the
gas distribution pipeline on the regulator. In order to prevent
other actions For example, when welding sparks and civil
engineering, concrete and other heavy objects damage the aerator,
it must be placed on the aerator before discharging water after
civil engineering. In order to prevent the air leakage of the
pipeline and the connecting part, the water shall be drained more
than 10 cm of the aerator for leakage test. The air leakage of the
connecting part of the ventilation pipeline shall be eliminated in
time and then put into operation formally.
Debugging Mothed
Commissioning inspection method after the installation of aerator,
put clear water into the tank, and the water surface to the surface
of aerator is about 100-200mm. Then carry out the following three
checks. In the process of water drainage and observation, observe
whether the elevation of the aerator is on a horizontal plane, and
adjust it (the bottom surface of the pool shall be level during the
civil work, and the discharge outlet shall be reserved). Check
whether there is air leakage in sealing treatment of all pipeline
interfaces. Under the condition of standard ventilation capacity of
2m3 / h, check whether the air distribution of the aerator is
uniform, and the ventilation area of each aerator shall be greater
than 80%.
